We sell our software through our authorized reseller Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

  • Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, taxes, and refunds
  • Paddle provides support for billing-related inquiries

MaConSim GmbH is responsible for:

  • providing the software
  • product functionality
  • technical support (as defined in the EULA)

By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms and our EULA.
